Citizens and Corporations - Litigation or Regulation For some years now, the watchword has been 'self regulation' rather than government imposed regulation. Given the pschycopathic nature of corporations, one wouldnt expect this to work very well. If government will not make and enforce regulation, then the only protection available to consumers, employers and other victims of corporate greed is litigation and judicial review.
